• 3No different schemes in relation to fire damaged mixed-use building (restaurant and residential building) at 228 York Road, Wandsworth, London – For 2No schemes (Intermediate works and Phase 1 works) provided complete project management services achieving removal of dangerous structure notices and full Building Control Approval for the Phase 1 works; and 1no scheme (Phase 2 works) through all design stages up to completion of tendering/procurements process. Approximate value of these projects £850,000.
• Achieving Camden Councils approval for removal of well-developed sycamore tree, which was damaging nearby mixed-use (commercial and residential) building at 228 Belsize Road located in Kilburn, North London. I provided a full project management for these necessary specialist works.
