All sizes of projects require a certain amount of contract and construction supervision and quality control to ensure an optimal end result in relation to current Building, H&S and other regulations within the UK and EU building industry. We provide full project and construction management to all contracts.
Architecture and Architectural CAD Services
Architects (and Interior Designers, when required), play a central role in the development of a build and are concerned with the creation of a building that incorporates practical issues, aesthetic values and environmental responsibilities.
The Director of the company has over 20 years of UK and overseas experience in the entire building process; from initial ideas developed through the client(s) briefings, analyses and programming, planning and building control matters, through to design development and construction, right up to the handover and operation of the finished product.
Quantity Surveying
Our company provides these services directly on smaller projects through our Project Management or Building Surveying services. On larger projects we provide quantity surveying in consultation with a number of our long term QS associates.
Garden / Playround / Playfield Design
The company director was involved in full design and project management of over 30 of these specialist projects for various clients and companies throughout the Greater London area.
Insurance Claims and Building Contract Mediation and Court Cases
Our Director has gained a great deal of relevant experience in the legal aspect of building contracts and insurance claims and has a long term working relationship with a number of UK based Insurance Companies and Loss Adjusters; as well as Solicitors, Barristers and Mediators who are experts in Building Contracts and Law.
Building Surveying
Our company provides a full range of Building Surveying services with extensive experience in different construction, styles and ages of building in all types of building contracts.
Structural Engineering
Our company provides a full range of civil and structural engineering services through our associate companies, predominantly with CSEconsulting. CSEconsulting have extensive experience in all aspects of this specialist construction field.
Arboculturist
Our company provides expert arboculturist services within our Project Management and Architectural services in a close and long term working relationship with our associate company Indigo Surveys Ltd and other specialist companies.
Health & Safety and CDM
Health & Safety and CDM building services are provided within our Project and Contract Management and through a number of our connections, predominantly by our long term associates AGA-CDM Co-ordinators.
