Principal Building Surveyor/Project Manager: Jacobs Engineering Group Inc (Kingdom Saudi Arabia)
- Providing full building surveying and project management professional services on a number of high profile medium and large international and UK schemes
- Managing multinational MTO (Material Take Off) team with Architects, Structural Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers from USA, UK, India, Saudi Arabia and Philippines
- Undertaking daily inspection of 10% of 2800 KAUST Villas (7 types across 4 zones), and production of Red Line Drawings and MTOs in association with the 6 member team for Zone 1
- Managing daily production of all new MTOs for all four zones, managing revisions of MTOs and responding to any enquiries by Jacobs ZETE QS Team
- Daily collation of all daily inspections reports, Red Line Drawings and MTOs for all four Zone teams and QS Team based in KAUST, and chairing daily progress meetings
- Provision of daily progress report to all Senior Management stakeholders from KAUST, Al Khobar, USA and UK offices
