  • Responsive Repairs Management (Estates, Blocks and In-flat Services) experience inclusive of the provision of small works schemes, voids management, PPM/Building Services management gained within The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, City of Westminster Council, London Council of Wandsworth, Haringey Council and Runnymede Council. Experience in managing Responsive Repairs and Voids budges gained through these jobs.
